  • Registration under EPF Act. (Client is kept informed of the documentation required for Registration and allocation of Code number to the Establishment under Sec 1 (3) and 1 (4) of the Act.)
  • Obtaining sub unit EPF codes.
  • Up loading digital signatures on portal.
  • Up loading PF data on EPF web portal & preparing PF Challans on behalf of the establishment as per data provided by HR/Accounts department;
  • Preparation & filing of periodical returns as may be required under EPF Act / Schemes;
  • Processing transfer of PF accumulations from old establishment to new establishments.
  • Generating UAN card by up-loading data on EPF web portal;

  • Assistance in ensuring / complying various provisions of the Act related to disclosures, notices, displays, deductions, forfeiture etc.;
  • Furnishing of particulars of change in ownership / management of the establishment;
  • We will also attend the inspections as and when the respective officer visits your company with prior intimation.
